Just watched a program called Okanagan Pioneers and Places and tonight they were talking about a Thomas Greenhow family.. Thomas was apparently born in Northern England abt 1833 and married ere in Canada an irish lass named Elizabeth Coghlin. They owned a very large cattle ranch and I mean large 132,000 acres. Thomas died in 1889 and Elizabeth continued to run the ranch. Is anyone missing this fellow?? I am thinking that the name may have well been spelt Greenhaugh and shortened to the easier spelling of Greenhow once he arrived in Canada. I anyone belongs to him I can supply a good bit of information.
