I would think that could only happen by the specific invitation of the
incumbent. It might happen for instance if the dissenting minister was a
friend or member of the family and they asked permission for him to perform
the baptism. If the incumbent was agreeable he would then invite the
dissenting minister to officiate - it must have been pretty unusual though, I
would have thought.
