Hello list:

Just letting everyone know I decided to get brave and start an AKROYD
mailing list at RootsWeb. In the family research I have there are about
22 variants of the name. The predominant variants are: ACKROYD,
ACROIDE, AKEROYD, AKROYD, and AYKEROIDE. I would like to invite anyone
interested in these names to subscribe and help to build an AKROYD and
variants community on the web.

The links have not appeared as yet on the RootsWeb lists, but you can
subscribe in mail mode by sending a message
to that contains the word

subscribe

and nothing else. If you prefer digest mode, you should send the
command instead to .
