Hi
Just thought I would add some tips on finding who your M Doyle is.
I have only been doing family history for 12 months so I am still learning
myself. but what I would do is-

Check for the deaths them all, It could be one of the girls remarried, after
the death (or divorce) of her husband, also check the boys as one of there
partners may also have died and they remarried.

or was Winifred married before John and had a daughter to her first husband?
who was a Doyle?

just a few of my thoughts hope they help
Sharyn
Australia.

John Brannan dies 30 Jan 1923 in Abercromby, reported be Daug. M.Doyle
Winifred dies 24 Nov. 1929 in Walton, reported by Daug. M.Doyle.
Anyone have any ideas how I find out who was "M.Doyle"

Forget Margaret, Sarah and John as they were British Home Children sent
to Canada in 1907 and never returned to England.

Big celebration in Stratford Ontario Can on Aug 19 2001 a Plaque is
being dedicated to the plight of the home children in Canada. There was
a large Barnardos receiving home in Stratford.
A similar plaques was dedicated a few years ago in Ottawa Ont.to all the
children that were Sent to the St Georges Home which was a receiving
home for the Catholic children. About time some recognition was given to
these children.

Jim Brennan in Corunna Ont. Can
a son of 2 BHC John Brannan and Kate Fincher
a nephew of 4 BHC Sarah and Margaret Brannan and Albert and George
Fincher
