There is a William Swarbrick buried at Poulton in 1911, aged 81 (making his
birth date @ 1830) in grave P74. The burial register states "William
Swarbrick aged 81 years labourer of Poulton-Le-Fylde died 4 September burined
7 September". There doesn't appear to be a memorial inscription, though. I
don't know if he is 'your' William Swarbrick, though. Just giving you the
info 'in case'. In the same grave are John Swarbrick (buried 3.3.1937, aged
76) and Sarah Ann Swarbrick (buried 23.7.1910, aged 40). The grave was
purchased by John Swarbrick of Ball St, Poulton-Le-Fylde. There are also 2
William Swarbricks buried in the new section of Fleetwood cemetary - but
calculating their dates of birth make both of them too young for your
candidate. In the old section of Fleetwood cemetary are 3 William
Swarbrick(s), but one died in 1865, aged 20, the other two could not be your
candidate, due to their ages. Please contact me off-list if you want me to
search the Fleetwood/Poulton-Le-Fylde 1891 census for any William Swarbricks.
