Hello Lancs' list,
First a big thank you for the help I received finding my
G. Grandparents George Henry and Elizabeth LISTER living 14 Lumley St.
Barrow-in-Furness on the 1891 Census.
I couldn't find them on the 1901 Census either but on Monday I managed to
access freeBMD and found a G.H.LISTER's death 1893 and an E.LISTER's Marrige
1898 both in Barrow.
I sent for the Certificates on the 30th October and received them yesterday
1st November.
George Henry LISTER had died of Septicemia following an Operation.
Elizabeth had married a Widower John GRAHAM, he from No 8 she from No 14
Lumley St.
I then looked again on the 1901 Census, I found Elizabeth living with new
husband, stepson and two daughters at No.14 Lumley St.
I can't believe my good luck!
