Did you ever consider looking at a larger scale map MOOR HALL is plainly marked on O/S Pathfinder 66. in the Civil Parish of Out Rawcliffe, the other part of the area is the Civil Parish of Upper Rawcliffe with Tarnacre.
I lived across the river some 70 years ago and to the best of my knowledge there never really was a village of Rawcliffe, there was Out Rawcliffe and Rawcliffe Hall. When one used the name "Rawcliffe" one was referring to the area, not any particular place.
