Hi there listers can anyone please help me i keep on hitting a brick wall looking for these 2 people

1JAMES WILLIAM TAYLOR born in Ashton-Under-LYne in 1871

2CATHERINE BEARSHAW born in Wigan in 1873
i cannot find the birth of James or his marriage to Catherine Bearshaw the dates for the wedding on my Gran's birth cert is as follows June 1900 Wigan Lancs. so if you can help i would be most pleased thank you ERIC
