I am looking for information on the wedding of Richard EVANS and Emmalyn
JENKINS in Lancashire, England. Somewhere around 1850.I am guessing because
first child was born Dec. 1851. I have been researching my EVANS line
through my great grandfather John EVANS and have not had any luck. So I
decided to try his brothers line and have had a lot more luck and it has
lead me here. I have always been told that they came from Wales. Emmalyn
JENKINS was born 18 June 1830 in Lancashire, England. She and Richard had
two sons John and Thomas, both born in Wales. I know the family worked the
coal mines and moved to America. They first moved to Youngstown, Ohio and
later to Colorado. Any help is appreciated.
