Hi there. Well, I have got lots of info on BOWLER but much of this is not
proven as linked as yet. However, as a starting point, my Grandfather was
John b.1880 son of Charles and Ellen (Scally) . Other children of Charles
and Ellen named Harriet,Martha A,Charles, William and Ellen. This info is
certain. I am almost sure that William is the name of my GG grandfather
also.He would be born approx 1836.
My Bowlers lived in the Bradford/Beswick area of manchester in 1881 and my
grandfather moved to Chadderton in Oldham by 1891.
I don't think this is very helpful to you but I will now keep an eye on
Ashton/Denton Bowlers and let you know if anything turns up. Cheers, Linda

married Samuel PARSONAGE in 1842 in Denton. Her father was listed as Samuel
Bowler on their wedding certificate. We have located her siblings in Denton
in the local church records. Do you have any names you can send me?
