is when you do it the opposite way by looking for the male
surname to find his Christian name I cannot find one with
her surname.

But not ? JOHNSON to a ROBERTS.>>>


How about the fact that ancestry has a page missing ?
After Richard Roberts, the next entry is for Isabella
Johnston.

So if he happened to be Sam, or Willie, then you won't spot
him !

It's not on Cheshire B M D yet either !
