St Peters in Newton-le-Willows lists the following Deardens, maybe they
are some help..
1769 baptism
Aug 27, Mary d Henry] & Mary Dierddin [Dearden], Haydock, born Aug 9 [19].
Pd.
1816 baptism
May 19, Joseph son Matthias & Margaret Dearden, Newton, collier, born Apr
30
1819 baptism
July 11, Thomas son Matthias & Margaret Dearden, Haydock, collier, born
Jun 9
One thing to consider when looking at records from Earlestown, is that the
town was only built c1853, before that date it didn't really exist, the
first workers properties for the Wagon works were built at Earlestown in
the 1850/5 period, the name Earle first being link to these as a 'place
name' around 1853, so your Jame's parents if he was born 1853 in
earlestown probably originate from local towns or will be new to area
totally.
