Good evening everyone.

When someone with a subscription to Ancestry in the United States has a
moment, could you look for 2 items regarding one Anthony F. Blazejewski?
The first is under the category United States Obituary Collection and it
should have a publication date of 14 Feb 2004. The second is under U.S.
Veterans' Gravesites. This would also be under the name Anthony F.
Blazejewski.
