I think Ethel must be Hetty, b. 1905, who appears in the 1911 census at 20 Thomas Street, Blackpool, with her grandparents. The household included:
Henry Berry, b 1853 Belfast Ireland, general dealer;
Catherine Berry b. 1855 County Mayo, Ireland (married 40 years)
son Henry Berry, married, b. 1883 Blackpool, labourer
son Joseph Berry, single, b. 1887 Blackpool, labourer
son Michael Berry, single, b. 1891 Blackpool, labourer
daughter Elizabeth Berry, married, b. 1881 Blackpool
son in law Peter Swales, married, b. 1883 Preston, general dealer
daughter Margaret Dixon, married, b. 1871 Blackpool
granddaughter Lilian Dixon, b. 1894 Blackpool
granddaughter Hetty Berry, b. 1905 Blackpool
granddaughter Mary Berry, b. 1908 Blackpool
It looks as if Olive Taylor was living with her mother Florence at 56 Burlington Road S S Blackpool in 1911. Florence, married 23 years, b. Manchester 1865, children Evelyn b. 1891 Lyldesley, Mabel, b. 1893 Lyldesley, Olive b. 1895 Lydesley, Cyril b. 1902 Chorlton.
There are two possible Lily Salthouses in the 1911 census - both married, one born 1882 Preston (Thomas b. 1875 Preston) and one born 1873 Birmingham (Robert b. 1871 Roteclare ?). I see a Salthouse/Berry marriage in 1840 so that is a possible linkage between the two families:
