Hi Im new to genealogy. Ive been told there is a N.O. City Directory with
some info on St. Ann's Institute( which is where my grandfather Rene J. Borel
and his small brother Frank B. Borel may have been placed). How do I go about
viewing a N.O. city Directory? ( Library, Internet? ) Also what kind of
information will a city directory give me?
