Checked the New Orleans Archdiocese records up to 1821
and all of Baton Rouge Diocese records up to 1891 and
no luck.
There are Riordans in the city of Plaquemines (across
the river from Baton Rouge) and Dickersons in
Labadieville both in the Baton Rouge Diocese, but no
Francis Riordan or Jane Dickerson.
If I make it to the library Tuesday, I'll see if
anything is in the Soard's street directory.
Keep trying!!!
Rita
