Hi Helen,

The alphabetical index is on the regular Orleans Parish site, and also on the
ftp site. You should be able to access it from either one. IF you have
problems, let me know. Don't forget to clean out your "Temporary Internet
Files" directory under the Windows directory once in a while. Otherwise,
sometimes, the old version of a file gets loaded.
