dear Colleen, bless you. i think that is a great idea, that you suggested by
way of Helene. i am looking for the Roudez families in New Orleans. my maiden
name was Roudez,so i would like to find info on them if i could. please,
don't be in a rush for me. i can wait,i have waited this long,so i can wait a
little longer(smile) take you time on this one. i wanted to find anything i
could on him. my understanding is, the originally came from Spain, then on to
Cuba, and then finally to New Orleans.i have seen our name
spelled,Roudeze,Raudez,Rodez,Raudeze,Rudez, and Rudeze. i think the spelling
of my maiden name was the last spelling to date. as i have learned, there are
many variations to one surname.as i have come to learn,a little bit goes a
long way as we research our "trees". i really look forward to seeing this
every day. every one is helping everyone else and seemingly enjoying doing
it. you all( as you can see i have lost my grip on talking like a
Yankee)(smile) it used to be "all of you"") have a lot of fun helping
each other and i love your sense of humor, that really makes my day! yours in
Christ Jesus,Diane
