Robin: I've been sort of waiting for someone with specific knowledge to
answer you; lacking that, here goes:
Delgado, as its name implies, taught the "trades" subjects such as auto
mechanics, machinists, food service and, very prominent around l930 was
its aviation department.

Hi. I love this list!!
Is there anyone who reads this list who can aim me in the right direction
for information on what was the Delgado Trade School back in the 1920's and
'30's? My father and one of his brothers were graduates of this place so
there may be archive records of the place (if it still exists) . Does anyone
know where the records are? Is there a book about the school or is it
mentioned in some history of New Orleans?
Thanks a bunch.
Robin in Atlanta, Georgia
