Hi Rita,
Just read your message about lookups in Baton Rouge Dio. records and N.O. Archdio. records.
I would appreciate very much if you could lookup my g grandmother and g grandfather's marriage.
They married in LA in the early 1850's, their names were Elizabeth Schumer from Germany and (Jean) John Martin Courrege from France. I have not been able to find anything on their marriage and my next step is to write to the Archives in Baton Rouge.
I appreciate any information you may be able to give me.
