I have had the chance to scan all of both of my grandmothers photos one of which had all of her mother's photos. I labled the ones that people around me could help with and the ones we didn't know I numbered. I have sent cds to my grandmothers sister who in 16 years younger than my grandma and a cousin. When we get together on the phone whoever knows the people in say # 22 will tell me and we can all lable them this way also they have just emailed but it is fun on the phone because you can both look at the same picture at the same time and talk about it. And with cell phones with free nights and weekends there no big phone bill, also if you have a yahoo email account you can store photos and files in your own space and even chose if you want them to be Public or Private if you chose private you can then chose to invite people to look at them that way only the people you invite can get to them I don't think they have a size limit but not sure. MyFamily.com has an option where you can set up a private family web site
where you can upload photos and files, post announcements, share stories,
etc.
It's real easy to set up and use (if my 89 year old uncle can do
