Yes, to some extent: on Ancestry, the descriptions of the Enumeration
Districts in each county (for some years) includes a list of the boundary
streets for the ED. If you look on an old map, sometimes you can narrow
down to a particular area, but then you have to scroll through pages until
you find your house number. It's not always logical which way they went
around the block to count families.

For 1910, 1920, 1930 you can use this website to narrow in on what ED a
particular set of cross streets might be in:
