Judy,
For now there's a photo of her tomb on Find a Grave, although it isn't at the greatest angle.

(I sent a message to the creator of the memorial, asking her to add her married name and date of death.)

Subject: [LAORLEAN] St Louis Cemetery #1
If anyone is going to St. Louis Cemetery #1 and has the time to
go to the vault listed below and take a picture, I would greatly
appreciate it. This is the vault of my great-great-great-grandmother
Adeline Cosse Brown.
My research found her buried in St. Louis Cemetery No 1. I am hoping
that I can find someone to go there and take of picture of the grave.
Basin Street Wall Vaults of St. Louis 1 Cemetery Vault #18C.
The inscription is in French and should show as follow, if any if of it
is still legible:
Adeline Cosse', Epouse D'Abraham Brown,
decedee' le 11 Septembre, 1866, a l'age de 43 ans
Judy Moisey Asay
