Hi Charlotte,
I was not aware of a 2nd Thomas HOOPER in Rapides Parish !
Stafford did use footnotes, but most were references to personal knowledge of
individuals, not always a reliable source.
Can you give some references to records I could look up for the two Thomas
HOOPER's ?
