Dorothy L. Johnson

CENTERVILLE - Services for Dorothy "Dorathy" Longino Johnson will be at 2
p.m. Tuesday in Centerville Baptist Church with the Rev. Oliver Dean
officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery, Pine
Prairie, under direction of Rush, Oakdale.

Mrs. Johnson, 65, of Denham Springs died Saturday, April 3, 1999, in her
residence.

She was a member of Centerville Baptist Church and a former resident of St.
Landry.

Survivors include one son, Lawrence Johnson of St. Landry; three daughters,
Delores Chenevert of Baton Rouge, Patsy Mott of Plaquemine and Mary Chaney
of Denham Springs; her mother, Mary Jesse Vidrine of Oakdale; three
brothers, Edward Longino of St. Landry, Alva Longino of Oakdale and James
Longino of Bunkie; four sisters, Drusilla Gautreaux of Dupont, Ionia Latour
of Channelview, Texas, Blanche Rollins of Bayou Chicot and Viola Landreau of
Vidrine; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
