Doris E. Cochran
Services for Doris Elaine Vance Cochran will be at 1 p.m. today in the G.A.
Mangun Center with Bishop G.A. Mangun and the Revs. Anthony Mangun and
Ernest Huber officiating Burial will be at 4:15 p.m. today in the Beau Pre'
Memorial Park Cemetery, New Iberia, under direction of Hixson Bros.,
Alexandria. Mrs. Cochran, 67, of Alexandria died Saturday, April 10, l999,
in Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital. She was a native of Alexandria and
worked in Morgan City for a number of years as a clerk in a convenience
store.

Survivors include her husband, Franklin L. Cochran of Morgan City; one son,
James Marcel Broussard of Bayou Lewis; four daughters, Janice Elaine Gaudet
of Amelia, Jo-Ellen King of Alexandria, Patricia Ann Jacobs of Orangeburg,
S.C., and Vivian Marie Stevens of Berwick, three half brothers and one half
sister; 22 grandchildren and 26 great- grandchildren.
