You would, of course, have to have a microfilm reader. I have
a 1954 model which I bought from surplus sales (I am in
Tallahassee which is fortunate in that the state sells it's
surplus stuff once a month). Several places sell them -
I am told you can get a good buy on e-bay. I do not know
that for a fact.

Yes, you can buy a single roll - Judy Bolton will send the
particulars.
