I had been searching for the enumeration district in which
the Louisiana Hospital for the Insane was enumerated in
the 1920 Federal census..

The hospital has an enumeration district all its own -
ED 77 has only the patients and the staff that live on the
premises.

Just in case someone else was looking for it.
