The Babb's Bridge I remember from when I was a boy was, I believe on Spring
Creek just west of McNary and Longleaf. I cannot remember if it was on the
Boy Scout road or another road.

Josephine, I am interested in who your cousin's letters were to. Those
woods are thick with my kin. In fact, my great grandfather, Columbus
Funderburk married Susan Rebecca Hall in 1873 and they raised a family in
the area. Also related to Winegearts, Melders, Chevaliers, Smiths,
Bonnettes, Monroes, Aikens and many more.
