Here is ONE of my "brick walls".....

William Lasley b. circa 1830 in ?
He had one son that I know of: Jasper (aka Joseph) Lasley b. in Claiborne
County, Tennessee, circa 1855. He married Hannah McGlothlen in 1872 in
Claiborne County, Tennessee. Their children were:

1. Sallie Lasley
2. Maud Lasley m. John Valentine
3. Thomas Lasley m. Susannah (aka Susan, Sudie) Earls
4. Lenis Lasley m. Martha Elrod
5. Matilda Lasley m. Henry Defevers
6. Joe Lasley m. Annie Collins

After Hannah's death, Jasper moved to Bell County, Kentucky and married
several more times: First to Sarah Hall in 1899 at Bell County.

Child of Jasper/Joseph and Sarah:

Florence Lasley b. circa 1900

Then Jasper/Joseph divorced Sarah and married Ellen Johnson. No know
children. Ellen divorced him. They remarried. He divorced her and married
Lizzie Irvin.

Children of Jasper/Joseph and Lizzie Irvin:

Alex
Ethel
Silus b. 1906 m. Marie Hendrickson Stone
