You are a descendant of Antoine Jean Bapitste Degruy, who was married to Marie Therse Aufrere, and they were teh parents of Marie Therese, who married Francois Cezar Boutte, Senior, Hycinathe, who married Joseph Antoine Boutte, Pierre Dumensil Degruy, Joseph Verloin Degruy, Jean Baptiste Degruy, who married Elizabeth de Mountault who was the widoow Antoine Bernard Valliere de la Hauterive, and Antoine Duffouchard Degury.
Antoine Jean Baptiste Valentine Verloin Degry, DeMensil Duffouchard, Knight of the Foli, was his full title and he was born during the year of 1716 at Versallies near Paris, France to Antoine Gaspard Verloin, who was born in 1675 and died in 1722, and his wife, FRancois Hycinathe LeConte, who was the daugher of Jean Baptiste Claude LeConte, an dhis wife Marie Jeanne LeRoy. Antoine Jean Baptiste Valentine Verloin Degruy owned a plantation in St. Charles Parish, and he died on the date of February 1, 1759.
