Hi, Judy,
Which Himel are you researching and are you in Lousiana?
I'm I descendent of Lovincy.
A researcher by the name of Edmond Himel did extensive research on a lot of the Himels. He died about 2 years ago. I don't know where all of his data went. He and Mora Himel Lincoln had done a lot of work.
