The Ancestry.com image of the 1810 Orleans Census (page 59) shows a "Th. ? Montegut" "7th District, Left Shore".
My question, where would the 7th district be?
Why so many "Th"s.
And if anyone has access to the original could you tell if the letter of the given name is a "P".

Looking for Pierre Montegut, arrived from Cuba, 1809.
