Hello Researchers,

My name is Debbie Carpenter and I was born and raised in the Bayou
Chicot area. Although I have been in Lafayette for many years, my
roots are still in St. Landry and Evangeline Parish.

I am searching the surnames: CARPENTER, JOHNSON, HEBERT, DEVILLE,
SCHERMERHORN, RUSSELL, DUPLISSEY, PRITCHETT, McCOLOUGH

Have moderate amount of information on these families and am
