Hi All,
I recently came upon the Latta page while
doing some digging into my husbands
background. The reason for my interest
was the recent death of my FIL Samuel F
Latta and also the fact that we have a 3 yo
son Brian. I'd like for Brian to know more
about his ancestors when he grows up.
We know almost nothing about this side
of the family, but would love to find out
more. As I said my FIL was Samuel, married
to Dorothy Mahon. They lived in Phila.
Their children are Sam, Charlotte, Greg (hubby)
Dorothy and Dan. Greg's granfather was
also a Samuel married to Helen Barrett.
Beside my FIL they had 2 other children
Mary (who never married) and Francis
married to Dolores Christy. Francis and Dolores have 4 children
William, Patricia,
Thomas and Mary Ellen. Greg's gr grandfather
was William Latta married to a woman named
McCullough. As far as I know they all lived in
the Phila area. Unfortunately, there is no one
who would know more facts that are still alive.
Any leads would be appreciated.
