Not Branch # 9. You can't pin this on branch # 9. Our Andrew Jackson
Latta was almost blinded by an explosion when blasting for gold in Calif.
He regained eyesight in one eye much later, but not well enough to commit
these crimes. This sounds like something that would occur in Branch # 55.
