A couple of reminders (thanks to Doc Huer, and the Winkler list, as well as a few of my own)

1) "if you are going to be out of town for a length of time, please
"unsubscribe" from the list. You can then "subscribe" when you return
and can check the archives (http://archiver.rootsweb.com/th/index) for
any messages that you might have missed. "

2.) Even if you are not out of town, please keep your mailboxes emptied. The system automatically unsubscribes you after 3 bounces, and, who knows, you might miss the one piece of information that will tie everything together.
