Have already been in contact with some of the larger hotels in Belleville.
They are unable to give me any rates until September so we have until then
to pick the weekend we would like.. depending on how many wish to come and
visit with us will decided on the main hotel. If we get enough we could take
over the City... We will look further into accommodations once we get a
weekend and later on in the year, we have a number of options in various
price ranges. We have Hotels , Motels and Bed and Breakfast.

If in July... The first weekend would be good for our family but might be at
odds with others in the USA .... Raymond Latta of GA would you be able to
make it on the July 4th weekend? If not that weekend... a year to make plans
for the any weekend we pick will be all the time anyone should need.

Gary ... suggest the first or second weekend in July ... as most of my
relatives (and other Branch 13 members) live in Ontario, they don't have far
to travel ... with sufficient advance notice and planning, almost any
weekend in July or August would probably be satisfactory.
