Researching William Thomas Holloway b 1879 in Union Parish. Married Mandy
Emma Brown in 1896 and moved to Ouachita Parish. There is a mystery with his
parentage. The 1880 Union Parish census has a Louisa Holloway listed as a
head of household, widow, with 2 Holloway sons....Melvin and William T. The bir
th year is correct for William T. But the story goes that he was orphaned
young and was raised by a John and Nancy Free Holloway.

I'm trying to find out what happened to Louisa.........and any info I can
get on William T. Holloway. His nickname was Todd and he was a Sunday school
teacher.
