John L. CHEATHAM married Mrs. Adalaide GLENN, Nov. 19, 1861. Witnesses:
J.W. MONTGOMERY, Richard H. DOLLERHIDE, and C.A. LANGFORD.

Thomas A. CHEATHAM married Tabitha JACKSON, Oct. 2, 1851. Witnesses:
Drury JACKSON, H.H. AUSTIN, Thomas SHADDOCK.

Lemuel/Flemuel C. CHEATHAM says his brother, Thomas A. CHEATHAM died
Oct. 1867, leaving small succession and minor children, asks for
inventory, then Andrew JACKSON files an opposition against
Lemuel/Flemuel CHEATHAM's petition, says he is the brother-in-law of
Thomas A. CHEATHAM , on October 11, 1867, says Thomas A. and Tabitha
JACKSON CHEATHAM are both dead. Appraises of the estate of Thomas A.
CHEATHAM & Tabitha JACKSON CHEATHAM were, John H. CHESNEY and John W.
DUNN.

Succession Book "N" Page # 64

John L. CHEATHAM , petitioned for tutorship of minors of Thomas A.
CHEATHAM & Tabitha JACKSON CHEATHAM says Tabitha age 14, Seaborn A. age
12, John age 10, Thomas age 8, and Sally age 5. October 14, 1867.
Witnesses: A.J. ARNOLD, and J.A. CHESNEY . John L. CHEATHAM was
appointed tutor.

Wilford C. JACKSON and wife, Mrs. Susan E. Byrns/Burns sold her property
to Firm of John D. BRITTON and Robert L. MOORE, doing business in New
Orleans,La. for liquidation of note of Wilford C. JACKSON for $1151.97,
dated Dec. 28, 1867, document says it was impossible for Mrs. JACKSO to
be present. Property in section 25, west of Bayou Macon, and lot # 6 in
section 24, township 19, range 10. 126.98 acres. May 25, 1868.
Witnesses: Albert G. BELDEN and Cyrus A. HEDRICK.
