William G. THOMAS' property sold by Sheriff William L. KNOX to Randle J.
BEASLEY. Consisted of slaves named, Nancy age 33 and Matilda age 33 and
her 4 children, both for $3900.00 on a credit of 12 months.

Randel Jackson BEASLEY appeared before Sanders Day OLIVER, Notary for
Carroll Par. LA., and declared that for $3900.00 cash in hand paid to
him by Thomas A. SHARP, he sells all his rights to above named slaves
which he today purchased at a Sheriff's sale.

district north of the Red River, it being swamp land purchased by the
vendor of the state of Louisiana containing 173-17/100 "A", together
with the buildings thereon. The present sale is made for the
consideration of $1000.00 receipt acknowledged. Mrs. Sarah ARTHUR
JACKSON, wife of Hiram JACKSON consents.
