L C stands for Louis Calvin Spillman born October 11, 1859 in Fifth Ward, West Feliciana parish.

He was my great uncle and I have some memories of him especially one of seeing him pass our house in his little buggy on his way to visit my grandfather, his brother.

Who are you and how to you connect?
