Seeking information and will exchange information on the following families
for my nephew in the Navy:
Need parents and siblings of S. I. DOWDEN (need his full name) who md Veatrice
Effie BASS, 10 Oct 1897 in Winn Psh. May have lived Texarkana area in early
1900's. Had children:
Effie Bell DOWDEN md (1)James Jehu GRAHAM (2) Mr. FORD; died Cherokee Co
TX;bur McDonald Cem at New Summerfield, TX;
Frankie DOWDEN md a Mr. RHUDY-lived Amarillo TX at one time;
Pearl DOWDEN md a Mr. BROWN-lived Kansas City,at one time;
Marie DOWDEN md Rev J Frank GRAHAM-livedAmarillo at one time
Johnny DOWDEN md Pauline (?)-lived Shreveport.
ALSO:
Believe James Jehu GRAHAM was son of John A. GRAHAM (1860-1911) and Lucinda
Bell FISHER (1859-1935), bur St. Maurice Cem; Need parents and siblings
of both. They had children:
Nannie E. GRAHAM md William N. TEAGLE;
John A. GRAHAM md Lula MOFFETT;
Nona B. GRAHAM md G. M. JONES;
Armister A. GRAHAM md (?); Matt GRAHAM (died young);
James Jehu GRAHAM md Effie Bell DOWDEN;
Archie E. GRAHAM md (?). Most of these children are buried St Maurice Cem.
Will happily share and exchange data collected so far for my nephew who
is at sea.
