We are trying to help my brother-in-law get "online" so he can do some genealogy research. He lives in
Grant parish (Nantache Lake area) and would like a provider that gives unlimited access for a flat rate.
(like the $19/mo rate for unlimited access)

Who is the local internet service provider for that area?
If there is not one...how can he go about getting online?
