Attention:

Those of you that are members of WPGHA, please check your labels on your last
quarterly when you receive it. It should give the date that you are paid up
through. If you know you paid, but the label does not reflect it, please
contact me at <>and I'll check my list and also have the
treasurer check the deposit slips, so we can correct any errors. (hey folks,
we are only human <smile>) If you have not received your issue by Monday
February 5, please contact "me", as I am the one that does the mail outs.

Those of you that have email, but have not joined the WPGHA mailing list, can
email me at <> and request being put on the mailing list.
This is for members only. Your email address will be checked against the
membership list. Next week I will be checking the mailing list against the
membership list and remove anyone not paid up. The WPGHA list does get
organization information that the LaWinn list does not get.

Those of you that would like to join and get the quarterly journal can mail a
check or money order for $20/individual or $25/family to the following snail
mail address.

Be aware that the membership is for the "year" of 2001. The journal is free
to paid members. You will receive your first issue in April, the others
follow in July, October, and the December issue is mailed "after" Christmas.

Back issues are available for $5 each or $18 per year.

You must be a member to place queries. Most of the material is not
available online.
