Several years ago I was contacted by Mr. Jack Peebles, retired assistant
district attorney of Orleans Parish. Jack had contacted me about the
West-Kimbrell Clan in Winn Parish and he came to Winn Parish and did
quite a bit of research on the topic. I gave Jack quite a bit of
material that had not been published, much of it discovered in the past
few years through research, and we became good friends. Jack began
working on his book, The Nightrider Chronicles, and as of this morning
it is now ready for purchase.

The book sells for $ 24 + $4 shipping, handling, and taxes, for a total
of $28. You will not be disappointed with this work if you like Winn
Parish history, in particular that which deals with the West & Kimbrell
Clan.

If you are interested, let me know and I will get you in touch with
Jack, or I will get you a copy. It is very well done and has many facts
in it that were not in the first book on the subject.
