Greg... We do not charge for the Historian. It is published as a community service; primarily to promote the festival each year. Copies can be picked up at the festival as long as supplies last. We reserve 50 copies for distribution at libraries and to mail out for $1.25 to cover the cost of the postage and manila envelope.

Thanks again for your assistance over the years and the fantastic work you have done on the Winn Parish website. I have been considering sending data from my files for internet posting as soon as I can find the time to ascertain the exact procedure.
