I am seraching for the parents of Guy Henry Lawrence (one of my paternal grandfathers). They were John Lawrence and Lillian Williams.

According to his marriage certificate, Guy Henry was born in Bucksport, Maine in 1886 (maybe 1885 or 1887) to John and Lillian.

Guy Henry married Anna Maude Dowling in Whippany, New Jersey in 1926. They had two children - Marjorie Lawrence and Harold Edward Lawrence (my father). Harold E. was born 7/28/1927 in Morristown, NJ and died in 1976.

Anna Maude was born in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia in 1898. guy and Anna were divorced so we lost touch with Guy Henry. I only met him once when I was 9 or 10.

I have hit a brick wall with Guy Henry - have obtained 2 original SS applications, but neither were for my Guy Henry.

Any information on either Guy Henry Lawrence or Lillian Williams would be greatly appreciated.
