She was 92.She was born in Sherman, Grayson County, TX 5 Apr 1911 and died 15 Jan 2004 in Troup, TX.
She was a 1928 graduate of Sunset High School in Dallas, TX.
She married Richard Burnett Lawrence 19 Ma 1943 and they were longtime Abilene, TX residents. He died in 1969 and she returned to Dallas in 1971.
She was Catholic.
Survived by daughter, Martha Melton and husband Bill; grandchidlren Scott Mitchell, Melanie Schilmoeller, Melissa Austin and Leonard Melton; great-grandchildren, Amanda Melton, Makenzie Schilmoeller and Madelyn Schilmoeller, Alexis Austin, Alleah Austin.
Interment at Elmwood Memorial Park in Abilene, TX.
