I am looking for information on(or descendents of) my gg grandparents Efram
A. Lawson(also listed as E.A.) and Matilda Barrett. Efram was born in
Pickens County, South Carolina. He married Matilda in early 1865 while
still a confederate soldier. After the war, he moved to Georgia. I don't
know if Matilda was from Georgia when they married or if she moved too.

Efram and Matilda had six children:
James William b. 1866
Mary Etta
Annie Eveline b. 1873
Jacob Madison (my g grandfather)
Sallie Mae
Joseph Thomas

I have no information on the ancestors of Efram or Tilda. I do have that
Efram had four brothers: Matt, Jack, Dick, and Bud.

Efram served in the Confederate Army as Private, Co. I, Palmetto Sharp Shooters.
